Standard Deluxe Rooms
These rooms are located on the 2^nd-4^th floor and are all very modern and classic, featuring a stunning floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall view provided by the glass façade. The furnishings are clean-lined using darkened iroko and honey maple, as elegant planes. The extra long bed holds an abundance of soft pillows and a colourful woven throw. The colour palette is based on sophisticated urbane beige with a feature colour emphasising special features of the room. Sandblast glass doors give translucent glows to the bathroom, shower and WC as well as to the wardrobe. Subtle African textures and images are revealed in beaded panels, moulded ceramics and original artwork.

Each bathroom offers a very ample shower experience, relaxing bath, double basins, under floor heating, night-light and separate toilet.

Superior Rooms
These rooms are located on the 8^th – 15^th floor and are all very modern and classic, featuring a stunning floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall view provided by the glass façade. Décor, and bathroom as per the Superior room description. Located on the 4th-15^th floor, the Grand Deluxe room provides an ample entrance foyer, walk-in wardrobe and elegant bathroom. The large proportions of the room contribute to in-room meetings and entertainment.

Towers Rooms
Décor, and bathroom as per Superior room description with a slight variation in fabric. The Towers rooms are situated on the 16, 17 and 18^th floors and offer spectacular views of the surrounding areas. These rooms are fitted out with the Starwood Smart Room Concept which is virtually an office within your room, equipped with all business essentials: a large desk, printer/fax/copier, dual-line speaker phone with modem jack, special lighting and an oversized Ottoman easy chair.

Towers Grand Deluxe Rooms
Décor and bathroom as per Superior room description, located on the 16^th-18^th floor. The Towers Grand Deluxe room provides an ample entrance foyer, walk-in wardrobe and elegant bathroom. The large proportions of the room contribute to in-room meetings and entertainment, fitted out with the Starwood Smart Room Concept.

These rooms also have access to the Towers Club lounge.

Towers Suites
Located from the 2^nd – 18^th floor, on the corners of each floor.  The #01 suites are 52.8 ²m and provide a bedroom, divided from the lounge, but not separate, with a northwest view to the sea, an in-room dining table, business desk, sleeping sofa and Television plus direct access to the toilet and bidet and full bathroom. This very ample bedroom enjoys the wrap-around corner view northwest over the harbour to Robben Island.

The #38 suites are 61 m² and provide a separate lounge with a northeast view to the sea, an in-room dining table, business desk, sleeping sofa and Television plus direct access to the toilet, bidet and full bathroom. This very ample bedroom enjoys the wrap-around corner view northeast over the harbour to the Hottentots Holland Mountains.

These rooms are also fitted out with the Starwood Smart Room Concept, which features an enhanced business desk with chairs on wheels and printer and fax machine.

All the Towers Club suites offer 24-hour butler service, upgraded fabrics trouser press, make-up mirror and bathroom scale as well as access to the Towers Club lounge.

Presidential Suite
The overall feel of the suite is a combination of rich warm tones, interspersed with bright accent fabrics and textures inspired by our African continent.

The design is a contemporary fusion of slick urban influences, and rich rural colours and textures.
