For certain hotels listed on this website, we are able to contract unmatched rates in the market. We pass these huge savings onto you by guaranteeing the best rate for these hotels. Should you be able to find a lower rate for the same room in the same hotels for the same dates within 48 hours of you booking your accommodation through us, we will either match that rate or offer you a full refund.

HOW THE WEBSITE WORKS

You are able to view different hotels listed on the website by searching under the following constraints: Hotel Category, Star Rating, and Name.

The search facility will then list all the hotels that fall into that particular constraint.
To view specific hotel details, double click the icon for that hotel. You are then able to proceed and make a booking.

Use our handy map facility to see where your hotel of choice is in relation to other lankmarks or view the cars on offer in our car hire section and take a look at the Cape Town Pass – the Cape Town tourist voucher.

WHAT DO YOUR RATES INCLUDE

The rate that you see is the rate you pay.
The rates posted on the website include the following:
• Credit card surcharges
• Tourism levies
• Breakfast.
• Rates are per room per night (unless otherwise specified)
Please ensure that rates quoted from the competition do not have any nasty surprises.
Rates generally do not include extras such as beverages, airport transfers etc (unless otherwise specified).

HOW THE BOOKINGS WORK

Once you have chosen your desired hotel, click “Make an Enquiry”.
Once “Make an Enquiry” has been submitted, we will contact the hotel directly and respond to you within 4 hours availability and a quote for that hotel. You are able to check the availability of several hotels concurrently.

HOW WILL YOU CONFIRM THE RESERVATION

Once your arrangements have been finalised and your reservation confirmed, we will send you a booking confirmation letter outlining all of your necessary details ( reservation numbers, directions and contact numbers etc.) You will quote the reservation number upon check-in at the hotel.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payments can be made to Hotels 365 via bank transfer or by completing the attached credit card authorisation form.

WHEN WILL YOUR CREDIT CARD BE DEBITED

• On confirmation of the booking the customer shall pay Cape Town Hotels 365 a deposit of 30% of the total price.
• The balance owing on the invoice must be paid to Cape Town Hotels 365 60 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival.
• In the event of any reservation being completed less than 60 days (8 weeks) prior to departure, the total price is due immediately on confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of the customers cancelling their reservation for any reason, such cancellation must be made in writing and in such instances cancellation charges will be levied as follows:

Greater than 45 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee
45 days or less prior to arrival: 30% of total price

Cape Town Hotels 365 reserves the right to charge a booking fee and/or a handling fee which will be included in the total price.

ARE YOUR PRICES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON

All prices in our service are per room, not per person. For example, a price for a single means a room with one person, for a double means a room with 2 persons, etc.
All prices are quoted inclusive of breakfast.

CAN NON-SOUTH AFRICANS USE THE SERVICE
Yes. We have no restrictions on nationalities or countries. As long as you have a valid credit card, you are welcome to use our service.

ARE TAXES AND BREAKFAST INCLUDED
Yes. Unless noted otherwise, breakfast is included in the room price.
All additional taxes and tourism levies are included in the rate.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE DEBITED
In South African Rands. All of our prices are shown in Rands and we debit credit cards in Rands.
