BOOKING POLICY:

In order to guarantee the booking, 50% of the accommodation fee will be levied at the time of booking.

Reservations for the period of December and January, 100% of the accommodation must be paid up front at the time of the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A refund will only be considered if the booking is canceled 3 weeks or more prior to your date of arrival and on condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation.

Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per your reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
